Bids are requested for abatement of designated substance and hazardous materials, and interior demolition to removal all interior non-load bearing walls, ceiling finishes, millwork, furniture, accessories, etc. at 2299 Dundas Street West, in the City of Toronto.            

           

Bidders are required to attend the following Mandatory Site Meeting to ascertain the amount of work involved. A Mandatory Site Meeting will take place at 1:00 p.m. local time on July 26, 2019 on site.  Meet with the City representative at the security desk at 2299 Dundas Street West, Toronto.  Site meetings will not be available at any other times.
