TransLink is seeking the services of a consultant to undertake a Growth in Rail Integration Project (GRIP) on the Expo and Millennium Lines, with the following goals:  

  • To ensure that TransLink and BCRTC have fully investigated and identified all impacts and inter-dependencies of planned fleet, infrastructure and systems projects; and
  • To ensure that the rail capacity growth objectives in TransLink’s 10-Year Investment Plan are successfully met.
