The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal (TIR) has a requirement for janitorial services to provide and maintain clean working environments for its staff/personnel for the Hebbville Area Office located at 449 Jubilee Road, Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.

TIR is looking for a partner to ensure the premises and facilities shall be maintained in compliance with provincial and local sanitation and environment codes, including recycling and composting mandates through the contract period. The Successful Proponent shall adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitary practices to ensure continual sanitation in all functions related to janitorial operations.
