This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the “Province”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of design consulting services for the Glace Bay General Hospital Renovations and Addition in Glace Bay, NS (the “Project”) to NS Lands Healthcare Infrastructure Division (NS Lands)/ Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal Major Projects Division (DTIR), and as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) and Design Brief (Appendix E).  This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.
The intent of this RFP is to engage a qualified and experienced firm to provide design consulting services for the Project on behalf of NS Lands/DTIR in accordance with the Agreement between the Province of Nova Scotia and the Prime Consultant Firm.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Requirements – Prior to accessing the event content (RFP, Consultant Agreement, and Appendices), Proponents will be required to complete and agree to the NDA within the event. Once this section has been fully completed and submitted, the Province will review your submission. Pending approval, all approved Proponents will receive an email indicating approval and then will be able to access the remainder sections within the event.
