The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete an exterior envelope replacement/upgrade for DTIR Highway Operations Base, located at 61 Main Street, Middleton, Nova Scotia, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.  
    
A non-mandatory Bidder’s Briefing and Site Examination will be provided to    
prospective bidders to ensure all parties are aware of the details and services    
expected of them. Meeting will be held at the following location and time:    
Date: June 15, 2020 @ 11:00 am    
    
Location: Project site location (61 Main Street, Middleton, NS, B0S 1P0)
Convene at proposed new building site location.    
Bids will be accepted by DTIR from Bidders who do not attend the Bidder’s    
Briefing and Site Assessment. REFER TO SECTION 1.6 of the Tender Document.
