The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform deconstruction of all  
buildings consisting the Former Colchester Regional Hospital facility, located at  
207 Willow Street in Truro, Nova Scotia (PID 20152195), including the abatement  
of all regulated materials within the Hospital Building, the Annex Building, the  
Boiler & Laundry Building, and the Former Daycare Building.  
 
Non-Mandatory Site Visits will be held between June 24th - June 26th, 2020. Refer to Section 1.6 of RFC Document for detailed registration instructions. Bidders requesting a Site-Visit are required to pre-register with Procurement not less  
than 6 (six) calendar days after date of issuance this Tender.
