The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a Air Handling Unit Installation located at South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater , Nova Scotia for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Addendum #1 Change:

Bidder’s Briefing and Site Examination (Non-Mandatory)

A non-mandatory Bidder’s Briefing and Site Examination will be provided to prospective bidders to ensure all parties are aware of the details and services expected of them. Meeting will be held at the following location and time:

Date:                    September 25, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.

Location:              South Shore Regional Hospital

                               90 Glen Allan Drive,

                               Bridgewater, NS

                               B4V 3S6

Convene at Main Lobby.

Bids will be accepted by NSHA from bidders who do not attend the Bidder’s Briefing and Site Assessment. Due to COVID 19, it is recommended that General Contractors have no more than two (2) personnel per General Contractor attend.
