The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a new sand storage building for DTIR Spry Bay Operations Base located at 20411 Highway 7, Tangier, Nova Scotia, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Substantial Performance of the project to be achieved on or before January 15, 2021 providing The Contract is awarded within 14 calendar days of Bid Closing Date and Time.

SITE ASSESSMENT

A non-mandatory Bidder’s Briefing and Site Examination will be provided to prospective bidders to ensure all parties are aware of the details and services expected of them. Meeting will be held at the following location and time:

Location: 20411 Highway 7 Tangier

Convene at main entrance

Bids will be accepted by DTIR from Bidders who do not attend the Bidder’s Briefing and Site Assessment.

Attendees are required to adhere to all COVID-19 protocols and best practices in effect under the State of Emergency, for the Province of Nova Scotia.
