Posting Summary

Canada Post Corporation (CPC) has a requirement for Commercial Print and Lettershop Services. These services include deliverables as described in this RFP, and include, but are not limited to:  

• Printing (web, offset, digital, quick print, etc.) including but not limited to manuals, brochures, posters, mailers, pamphlets, annual and other reports, and other print requirements;
• Supply of business cards and small print jobs;
• Photocopying services;
• Provision of film, artwork, proofs for the printed materials;
• Mail preparation, insertion, and induction services;
• Packaging and delivery of printed materials;
• Consulting services to Canada Post employees;
• Inventory warehousing and pick pack requirements;
• Program management;
• Management reporting;
• Other related goods and services.

  
This RFP is separated into two (2) streams:  
 
STREAM 1 - HIGH VALUE PRINT REQUIREMENTS (>$15K)          
Canada Post will qualify and award Standing Offer Agreements for up to ten (10) Proposers for the provision of commercial print services for the Corporation.  These services are required where the individual print requirement is greater than $15,000. These requirements include but are not limited to brochures, posters, mailers, pamphlets, sales sheets, reports, internal mailing, point of sale marketing materials and signage, and publications/magazines.          
 
STREAM 2 - LOW VALUE PRINT REQUIREMENTS (<$15K) AND LETTERSHOP          
Canada Post will award one (1) contract to the highest-scoring Proposer for the provision of commercial print services for the Corporation where the individual print requirement is less than $15,000. This stream also includes the provision of mail preparation, induction, and address management services. These requirements include but are not limited to manuals, brochures, posters, business cards, mailers, pamphlets, sales sheets, Corporation reports and internal mailing.             
 
Canada Post seeks Proposals for an initial term of three (3) years, with up to two (2) renewal terms of (1) year each.

Proposers may submit a Proposal for STREAM 1, STREAM 2, or both streams.
The requirement(s) to be performed by the successful Participant(s) is outlined in the Ariba Sourcing Event.
