The Proposer shall implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan that ensures adequate monthly coverage of SMUD buildings and grounds (Table1) to control and treat for cockroaches, ants (other than carpenter ants), incidental/occasional invaders including bees & wasps entering from out of doors, flies,  spiders, rodents, other arthropod pests, and seasonal pests.  The successful proposer will provide SMUD with sufficient dedicated service technicians to familiarize themselves with the designated SMUD locations listed.  Technicians should be uniformed while on-site and able to produce valid identification if requested.
