This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the “Province”) for and on behalf of the Nova Scotia Health Authority (“NSHA”), to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Healthy Management of Supplies Solution (“HMS Solution”).   

NSHA is seeking to establish a long-term, innovative, strategic partnership for an HMS Solution that is about people, process, and change, with technology enablement. NSHA is looking for a single contract with a prime vendor. The contract may include multiple sub-vendors managed by the prime.
