The Proposer shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the Service described as:   FIRE PROTECTION CONSULTANT SERVICESSacramento Municipal Utility District SMUD is seeking a contractor who can provide a minimum of services such as the following, but not limited to:

·       Licensed Building and Fire Plan Review Engineers and/or ICC certified Plans Examiners: knowledgeable and experienced staff in reviewing for compliance with applicable state regulations, adopted national standards, local ordinances, and company specific standards as provided. ·       Attend Project Related Meetings: attend pre-construction or pre-design meetings, field visits, contacts with the design team and project owners as needed. Additionally, meet with applicants, designers, contractors and staff as required to resolve plan review or construction-related issues.·       Certified Building and Fire Inspectors; knowledgeable and experienced staff in conducting inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and plans.·       Fire Protection Related Technical Support: knowledgeable and experienced staff who can research and provide answers to questions related to compliance with applicable state regulations, adopted national standards, and local ordinances.·       Non-Construction Related Fire Inspection Services: knowledgeable and experienced staff who can conduct facility fire and life safety inspections to ensure compliance with applicable state regulations, adopted national standards, local ordinances, and company specific standards as provided. Upon completion provide a report outlining the findings of the inspection and any violations found
