The Sacramento Municipal Utility District is solicitating proposals for Consulting, Change Management, Training and Implementation Services. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a consulting partner with a consulting practice focused on Human Resources Diversity and Inclusion business transformations and SuccessFactors Implementations leveraging the principles and practices of the SAP Activate methodology. This partner should provide experienced Human Capital Management Business Solution Architect/Trusted Advisors, SuccessFactors Cloud Solution Architects, Certified SuccessFactors Product Experts, and Change Management and Training Professionals who have experience within regulated industries, such as utilities, banking, oil and gas, health care, water, airlines, railroad, etc. and/or Public/Governmental organizations of both represented and unrepresented employees.

The term of this contract will be for a two-year period with the option to extend for two additional one year periods thereafter.
