Proposer shall provide all supervision, labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with this request for proposal. The work shall consist of performing high quality and proficient NDE inspection of all pipe welds, fabricated assembly welds, tie-in welds, temporary welds, repair welds, and welds to facilitate hydrostatic testing for SMUD’s Natural Gas Pipeline using visual (VT), ultrasonic (UT), liquid penetrant (PT), magnetic particle (MT), eddy current (ET), dimensional and radiographic examination methods (RT) as determined by SMUD. In addition, PROPOSER shall perform inspections, using the methods described above, to support ASME B31G analysis
