Posting Summary

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District is seeking responses from qualified firms to provide risk management consulting and insurance broking services as listed above on behalf of SMUD.   

The Proposer shall provide all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the Service described as:            PROPERTY INSURANCE, NUCLEAR PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURANCE, SURETY BONDS AND RELATED ISSUES  

The term will be five years from November 1, 2024, to October 31. 2029 with two SMUD options to extend by one year, until October 31, 2031.  SMUD continues to reserve the right to place portions of its insurable risks with direct-writing insurers at its sole option.
