This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the “Province”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of approximately 5,355square feet of turnkey leased office accommodation in Halifax, Bayer’s Lake, Downtown Dartmouth, Dartmouth Crossing or Burnside, Nova Scotia to the Department of Public Works (‘PW”), Real Estate Division, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”).
