Notice is hereby given by South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (“TransLink”) of its intent to extend its’ current Master Services Agreement with the following companies for the continued provision of construction works (Pre-Qualified General Contractors) up to August 31, 2024.


1.         Bird Construction;  

2.         Graham Construction and Engineering LP;  

3.         Chandos Construction Ltd.;  

4.         PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc.;  

5.         Pomerleau Inc.; and  

6.         Smith Bros. & Wilson (BC) Inc.


TransLink is in the process of preparing a publicly posted Request for Proposals for release in Q2 of 2024 for a new term of services to commence post 2024.   This notice to contract is provided for administrative purposes only.


This NOI ends at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) January 12, 2024.
