Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)  

  

1. The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Correctional Services Canada - CORCAN, has a requirement to establish up to one (1) Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) per area of work, on an as and when requested basis. It includes the installation, dismantling and reconfiguring of all models of CORCAN workstation systems.  It also includes the provision of a full range of repairs associated with warranty claim services on CORCAN installed furniture.    

  

2. This requirement is subject to the following Agreements:  

Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA);  

Canada–Chile Free Trade Agreement;  

Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP);  

Canada–Colombia Free Trade Agreement;  

Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA);  

Canada–Honduras Free Trade Agreement;  

Canada–Korea Free Trade Agreement;  

Canada–Panama Free Trade Agreement;  

Canada–Peru Free Trade Agreement;  

Canada-UK Trade Continuity Agreement (Canada-UK TCA);  

Canada–Ukraine Free Trade Agreement;  

World Trade Organization–Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).

1. Travaux publics et Services gouvernementaux Canada (TPSGC), au nom de son client, le Service correctionnel Canada (SCC) - CORCAN, a un besoin pour établir jusqu’à une (1) offre à commandes individuelle et régionale (OCIR) par zone de travail, au besoin et sur demande. Ce besoin comprend l’installation, le démantèlement et la reconfiguration de tous les modèles de systèmes de postes de travail de CORCAN. Il comprend également une gamme complète de réparations associées aux réclamations au titre de la garantie sur les meubles CORCAN installés.    
     
   

2. Ce besoin est soumis aux dispositions des Accords suivants:
