Description of Procurement:	The city is issuing a request for proposals to select a supplier who will be performing the works for the demolition of Eau Claire Market and River Run Condos. These are properties acquired by the City ahead of the Green Line Light rail transit project.
Data Site:	The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are only available to download through The City’s Firmex Data Room for the RFP.
Process to Get Data Site Access:	Prospective proponents who are interested in participating in the RFP process should email the Contact person to obtain access.  Access will be conditional on the prospective proponent signing the City’s Confidentiality Agreement.                                                                        Prospective proponents should include the name and email address of up to 3 representatives who are to be given access to the Firmex Data Room.
