South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (“TransLink”) is responsible for planning, financing and operating the public transportation system throughout Metro Vancouver. TransLink’s operating companies include Coast Mountain Bus Company Ltd. (CMBC), British Columbia Rapid Transit Company Ltd. (BCRTC) and West Coast Express Ltd. Project Summary:

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) TransLink and Coast Mountain Bus Company Ltd. (CMBC) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors with extensive experience and expertise in detailed design of machinery and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) control system, fabrication and integration of Catwalk style roof access platform in existing facilities to establish a Pre-Qualified Contractor list.
